Setting Guilt-Free Priorities and Sticking to ‘Em As a Creative Small Business

Lately, I’ve been taking a bit of an impromptu break from Instagram to focus on what actually moves the needle in my business instead of feeling soooo beholden to the IG algorithm. First off, I wanna give you a HUGE permission slip to do the same if it feels aligned and second, here’s why I’m actually proud I’ve fallen behind posting on social.

For the past few weeks, I’ve been focused on onboarding and taking care of my paying clients, ensuring they receive stellar service, and gearing up to launch my new workshop, The Passion Driven Process. And you know what? It’s perfectly okay to drop the excess and and zero in on your A1 priorities. Honestly, it can feel more comforting to stick to the small wins than it does to set your sights on tackling the elephant in the room and making real progress as a creative entrepreneur.

Nothing has helped me stay on track with my priorities more than my client management system. It’s been MAJOR when it comes to keeping up with my leads and existing clients by streamlining my interactions with them and ensuring they have a seamless experience with my brand.

Things like an automated inquiry and onboarding process, proposal templates and packages have freed up valuable time to actually deliver services, deepen my relationship with my audience in my blog and newsletter and launch a new workshop I’m really fkn excited about.

If you’ve been trying to crack the code to supportive client management processes that empower you instead of stressing you out, you’re gonna wanna get into The Passion Driven Process. In this workshop, I’ll delve into how client management systems can help you prioritize what truly matters in your creative business and walk you through how to build that kind of support into your biz.

Here are some points we’re gonna cover around using client management to help you focus on what matters the most:

  • Automated Lead Management: Learn how to set up automated systems that handle your leads efficiently, ensuring nobody slips through the cracks. That way, you’ll be able to focus on engaging with the hell yes leads, keeping up with current clients and staying in front of your audience in your marketing and on social.
  • Comprehensive Onboarding Processes: Crafting proposals, creating contracts and following up on invoices can be time-consuming. I’ll show you how to use systems to streamline your onboarding process to get your new clients in the door so you can start actually working on their project and bringing their vision to life ASAP.
  • Clear Offboarding Messaging: Staying strategic as you say goodbye to clients is where the recurring cash flow comes in. We’ll talk about how to be intentional in your final delivery process, tie up your client relationship with a bow and give your people a way to keep working with you, submit testimonials or refer you to their friends.

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed and confused whenever someone wants to work with you makes it hard to stick to your overarching professional and personal priorities because it makes bringing people into your process a drop-everything affair instead of a moment for celebration.

The Passion Driven Process doesn’t hold you back from keeping up with your biz, it empowers you with the confidence and structure you need to ditch the new client panic for good and set your sights on what lights you up in your biz.

Over the course of the three-part workshop, we’ll demystify client management, dig into high-impact automation, and build boundaries into your process that protect your peace and help you focus on what matters.

If you’re ready to feel passionate and empowered by your biz instead of constantly worn-out and weighed down, this one’s for you – here’s where you can join us live on 5/17 @ 10 AM MT!
